This site is owned and maintained by Andrew Irvine, a synth nut and designer who is fascinated by the visual language of classic analog synths. This site is partly a labour of love for me. But what started out as a personal challenge quickly became a hobby – followed by an obsession. I now put my obsession out there for the rest of the synth community to enjoy and make use of.
As a long-term synth-lover – playing minimoogs and prophets in the music shops back in my early teens in the late seventies – and as a freelance designer, VSPS gives me an outlet to express two of my passions.
